Marrying Someone in Prison or Jail

If you want to marry an inmate, but do NOT have a valid government issued photo ID for him (such as a driver's license or State ID card, it is still possible to get married using two witnesses who are over 18 and have IDs.  They must appear before the notary and the inmate at the jail or prison facility during normal visiting hours at the time the paperwork is notarized.

We are very familiar with ALL the requirements for marrying inmates at most jails, prisons and detention centers in the Southern California area.
